Design for additional rooms and facilities for the upgrading of an existing beach front resort. The design considers all the improvement to standards and conditions specified by the resort owners and managers as well as the phasing requirements for the execution of the project. While designs are different, they do not deter from the original aesthetic of the existing rooms so as to maintain the "look and feel" that the resort is known for.
